Cancellation and No-Show Policy All appointments require 24 hours advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session and will be billed at the full session rate. Therapeutic Relationship Booking an appointment does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A formal therapeutic relationship begins only after completion of intake documentation and mutual agreement to treatment.
